Day #104: Marina and the Diamonds – “Are You Satisfied?”
I made a quick call to my bank the other day. And one to my insurance provider the day after that. The actual conversation time couldn’t have been more than two or three minutes tops for either call, but I received customer satisfaction surveys for both. Perhaps I don’t make enough contact with managers of my personal accounts, but is the feedback frenzy something new? If I’m dissatisfied with a company’s customer service, I probably wouldn’t wait until I got a survey to say so. Fortunately, I am a satisfied customer. So please, leave me alone.
